弧形輥是一個沿縱向方向看有一定弧度并且由球軸承固定可旋轉的輥。由于弧形輥具有一定的弧度，當紙張/薄膜通過弧形輥轉動時，在縱向方向上紙張/薄膜將被拉長，來達到舒展幅材的作用，消除幅材進行過程中的褶皺和防止材料分切過程中可能產生的交錯。也就是說，弧形輥固定，輥面是可以旋轉的彎輥，用于紙張、薄膜、紡織品及類似產品加工設備上。
